Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia only. All orders are processed and shipped from our local warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 working days

Please note: Delivery times may vary during festive seasons or due to courier delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout (based on location and weight)

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders above a certain amount (if applicable – e.g., RM250)

  • For Shopee/Lazada orders, shipping is calculated based on the platform’s rules and promotions

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or platform message. You may track your parcel status through the respective courier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is:

  • Delayed: Please allow extra 1–2 days and check the tracking status

  • Returned to sender: Due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (extra charges may apply)

  • Lost or damaged: Contact us immediately with your order number and proof
