Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Malaysia only. All orders are processed and shipped from our local warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 working days
Please note: Delivery times may vary during festive seasons or due to courier delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout (based on location and weight)
Enjoy free shipping on orders above a certain amount (if applicable – e.g., RM250)
For Shopee/Lazada orders, shipping is calculated based on the platform’s rules and promotions
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or platform message. You may track your parcel status through the respective courier’s website.
6. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is:
Delayed: Please allow extra 1–2 days and check the tracking status
Returned to sender: Due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (extra charges may apply)
Lost or damaged: Contact us immediately with your order number and proof
